My name is Robert. I'm a consumer and sharer of whisky. I have absolutely no interest in “collecting” or “investing” in whisky. Let's open bottles and share whisky instead!

Scotland is my adopted home. I live in Edinburgh, but I was born in California. I've lived in many different places including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, and Chile. Connecting with people has always been the most rewarding experience in any place I've ever been. Whisky is a wonderful cultural fabric that brings people together in unexpected and positive ways.

I want to support the whisky community by hosting whisky events, developing software focused on the spirits industry, and emphasising inclusivity and approachability in whisky.
